Hi, I’m Bacon (of the food litter). I'm a 5lb, 10 week(ish) male puppy. I’m pretty small right now, but the humans are guessing we'll be between 20-30 pounds when full grown. Our ancestry and breed mix is a mystery for now, but clearly our parents and grandparents must have been adorable.
I’m the life of the party and like to be included in ALL the action. Everyone who has met me adores me (of course!). I have been socialized with kids and other dogs. Although I sleep a lot right now, when I’m awake, I like lots of attention and love.
Since I’m still young, I have a lot to learn. I’m still figuring out things. I haven’t yet been house trained or crate trained and leashes/collars confuse me. Requirements:
- Family member home most of the time (at least for the first few months) to facilitate house training
- No children under five living in the home
- Access to a private yard (these puppies are too young to safely use communal spaces)
General requirements for puppies:
Puppies cannot be left alone for more than 3 hours due to age and very small bladders. Adopters should expect that puppies will need to go potty every 90 minutes or so throughout the day with a longer stretch at night, but should expect to be up at least once a night for bathroom needs.
