Charlie has been RELEASHED!! Charlie was in foster care for a minute and a half before Judy scooped his cute little butt up!

Charlie, now named Doctor Norman (I seriously love the lady that adopted him!) has a fur sister named Sophie, seen here giving him a "welcome to the family" kiss! He also has an absolutely amazing, patient new mom, Judy, who I wish adopted people because I'd line up! Her dogs are her family, she has built her house around them being comfortable, and Doctor Norman will get to go to work with her every day!
