Hi, I’m Figs (of the food litter). I’m approximately 16 weeks old and weigh about 11lbs. The humans are guessing I’ll be between 20-30lbs pounds when full grown. Our ancestry and breed mix is a mystery for now, but clearly our parents and grandparents must have been adorable.
I’m a sensitive soul, calm, and loving. I like to cuddle, follow foster mom and the other pups around. Foster mom says if I were a human kid, I'd be wearing a bow tie, playing the harmonica, and on the year book staff.
Since I’m still young, I have a lot to learn. I’m still figuring out which things are and are *not* appropriate to chew. I haven’t yet been house trained or crate trained (although foster mom is teaching me the foundations for it) and leashes/collars confuse me. Hopefully my forever family will be patient with me as I learn and grow.
Requirements:
- Family member home most of the time (at least for the first few months) to facilitate house training
- No children under five living in the home
General requirements for puppies:
Puppies cannot be left alone for more than 3 hours due to age and very small bladders. Adopters should expect that puppies will need to go potty every 90 minutes or so throughout the day with a longer stretch at night, but should expect to be up at least once a night for bathroom needs.
