Requirements:
* No cats or smaller animals (hamsters/gerbils/etc.)
* No shared walls due to barking

Meet Churro, a pint-sized bundle of energy and affection that steals hearts wherever he goes. He is estimated 6-9 months old boy and weighs 9 pounds. Definitely a terrier, we suspect a blend of Jack Russell with a bit of chihuahua for fun.

He has major spring in his step (vertical jump 42 inches+).  Affectionate and snuggly, he loves to explore the house and yard and will come sit in your lap for pets and cuddles. He is crate trained as long as he goes out every 3-4 hours. He doesn’t like to be alone so needs a human who is home most of the time.

Churro is an excellent guard dog – he will let you know of any change in condition: delivery person approaching, squirrels in the yard, rain? You’ll never wonder what’s happening while he keeps you well-informed. Churro is quick to roll over for a belly rub at the slightest hint of affection. He’s learning to walk on a leash but is nervous and needs some time and patience to build confidence. He is a good listener and comes when called.
